Guidelines

The Campus Signage Solutions takes pride in providing you with the best quality possible. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure outstanding quality:

  • Original files are required.
  • Graphics must be sized in 1:1 scale at 72 DPI. If unable to provide the graphic to this scale, materials should be design at 25% of actual size at 300 DPI.
  • Any graphics or artwork need to be proportional to the desired finished size of the project.
  • Graphics from web sites are not accepted, without advance permission. Versions must be vector images (created from Adobe Illustrator).
  • CDs must be formatted for a PC.
  • Only one layout per document.
  • Do not re-size low resolution (low DPI) images to a higher resolution (high DPI).
  • PSD, EPS, TIFF and large JPEG files are generally acceptable.
  • Adobe Illustrator (version CS or older) and Adobe Photoshop (version CS or older) files are acceptable. Files submitted must be native to, or directly supported by, these applications.
  • Font required for the project must be provided.
  • Exact color matching is not possible. Every attempt will be made to match the color as close as possible to the request. Please note: colors on a computer screen are not always accurate.
  • Be sure to check the design before submission and thoroughly review all email proofs to ensure accuracy. The Campus Signage Solutions is not be responsible for orders/proofs that have been approved by the customer.
  • The best images are printed when graphics are correctly scaled, with good, clean artwork and fonts.
  • Inspect your project before leaving Campus Signage Solutions. Projects will not be guaranteed after materials are removed from our office. Requests for refunds or reprints will not be granted.
